Morrison Home Inspection was fantastic. Tim was professional, thorough, and personable. He inspected the exterior and interior of the house we are looking to buy. He went room to room and checking everything along the way: lights/fixtures, outlets, floors/walls, tested water, drainage, appliances, heating/cooling, alarm system, and so much more. He provided all of his findings to us while we were there, and the full detailed inspection report was provided to me same day! It included something as minor as a lightbulb being out to the more serious findings. I was extremely happy with the service we received. The cost of the base inspection was $300.00, and we chose to have a termite inspection done which was an additional $75.00. I highly recommend Morrison Home Inspection!
