The job went very well. He was very polite and professional!

He did a wonderful job and is a really nice guy. He was so nice and courteous. He was prompt and available when I needed him. He was also very reasonably priced.

I have used the services of Freedom Lock before and called Matt early on the day we needed the service. He was very responsive, was able to fit us into his schedule, arrived promptly and finished the job we requested.

Matt and Freedom Lock are on my preferred vendor list.

Technician was prompt and courteous and worked to get us the best deal. When he determined that rekeying our ancient locks wasn't an option, he gave us a very reasonable price on replacing them instead. Even that took some work, but he was efficient and hardworking and cleaned up after himself!

Outstanding job-he worked for several hours on one day and then returned the next day, at no extra expense to us, to finish the job. The safe was a Century home/office safe that weighted 135 pounds. There were two locks-one was electronic, the other a tubular lock. The electronic lock had broken and, no matter how hard he tried, simply could not be fixed. He had to drill out the lock in order to open the safe for removal of the contents. We particularly appreciated the fact that he removed the safe. This is something he does not normally do. We definitely recommend this young man.

They came out and fiddled with it for several hours and couldn't get a combination to work. He took the lock back with him to work on it. A few days later he gave me a call and brought it back out. They tried once again to figure it out and it wouldn't work. After taking it completely apart they realized that the lock was actually damaged from the manufacturer. He took it back to his shop once more and after a few days called to come back. He had a new lock for the gun safe, made a new combination for it and only charged me $190.00. He spent many hours on this project and I really expected it to be more. He was very personable and friendly. I would definitly call them again!

I discovered I had locked my keys inside my car when I was leaving a meeting on the opposite side of the city from where I live. I called Freedom Lock. Someone was able to come within 30 minutes. He was very pleasant and got me on my way quickly.
