Kevin started the job when he said he would and finished about when he said he would. It only took a few days. He forgot that I wanted the bulkhead only around the utilities and extended it to an area that where I didn't want a bulkhead (this was also described in the contract I had drawn up). Kevin apologized and came back on a Saturday to make the necessary changes. He was very easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted.
