I had requested that before & after pictures be taken, and they were. The work was done in about 3 days and I received an email informing me of the completion of the work. I received the pictures, the one-year warranty and the 15 year warranty for the membrane in the email, also.
I was extremely pleased with the conscientious efforts of the project manager for L.D. Huff. He kept me informed every step of the way, and never tried to sell me on anything that I had not requested. The quoted price was the price I paid, and I was informed ahead of time of the possibilities of unforeseen costs that might affect the final price. There were none, and I paid exactly what the quote had stated.
I'm so happy with L.D. Huff that I'm going to use them as my prime contact for any work to be done on this commercial property. I would recommend L.D. Huff to anyone wishing to have work done on a commercial or private property
