KUSTOM KLEAN

Kathy Bean came to my house and determined that she would clean for me on a bi-weekly basis for $65 per cleaning beginning the next Friday. I had checked the references she gave me and all of her clients gave glowing responses. She came as planned and cleaned, leaving me a note that she did not do everything she would have liked to, but would get it next time. In two weeks, she called on Friday morning to say she was ill and would clean on Monday, which she did. She left a note that she was feeling better and would be back on the next regularly scheduled Friday. I was very pleased with her work and told her so. On the next cleaning day she did not come or call. I tried several times to reach her both on her cell phone and her home phone. She has never responded to my messages. At no time did she indicate she was in any way unhappy with the arrangement. She is still advertising her cleaning service in the local paper so I assume she is still accepting new clients.
