A year ago (Mar. 2013) I rented a 10x10 unit from this facility for a very reasonable rate and began storing stuff for an eventual move. Seven months later (Oct. 2013) they informed me that they were increasing the price by a whopping 50%. I could have understood a small increase, but not that much. I decided, since the unit was not full, to move to a more affordable, smaller unit and took an afternoon and moved my stuff. They also still charged me the "admin fee" - ok, whatever.
Now, five months later, I get another notice that this smaller unit is going up - 55%! Being that I'm out of state and my move is still three months away, I'm just going to have to suck it up. But I have now learned my lesson (probably should have after the first huge increase, so my bad!) and won't be storing anything here again.
