realtor I have ever dealt with.  We were moving from Florida to Indiana and were pretty limited on time.   We were also wrestling with the question of whether to buy a house or condominium. She did an excellent job of showing houses that we had found on the internet as well as showing us houses and condos she thought would meet our needs and requirements.  In the end, we found a condo which met our requirements, but was located perfectly for us, being close to family and conveniences. Even though we took her out of the area her office is located in, she didn't hesitate to arrange showings that we wanted.  She did an excellent job of keeping us up-to-date with the current tax laws and legalities which were quite different from one state to another.

Cheryl has a very pleasant personality and was extremely easy to work with.  I would not hesitate recommending her to any of my family or friends. 

We initially contacted Cheryl in hopes of having her sell our current home.  After she finished her market analysis, she concluded that it would not make financial sense to sell our home right now.  We appreciated the fact that she was honest and upfront with us.  Since we made the decision to build a new home, we weren't sure if we really needed a realtor to represent us.  Now that we have closed on our new home, we can easily say that we're very happy that we had Cheryl there every step of the way to assist us.  Since this was the first time we purchased a new home, there were many things that we didn't know to look for.  Cheryl was always there to ask questions we never thought of.  Throughout the entire process, her attention to detail was very high.  She also was always very quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had.  Once it makes sense to put our older home on the market, we will not hesitate to have Cheryl represent us.  We highly recommend her for your realty needs!

Cheryl is a great realtor! She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and always looking out for the best interests of her clients. I started using Cheryl as my realtor back in 2003. Since then she has represented me on the purchase of two homes as well as the sale of one home. Cheryl is a hard worker and has taught me a lot about purchasing and selling a home. Cheryl has been FABULOUS!!! We were hooked up with her by the listing agent of a bank-owned property we found online, and we loved her! She has been very thourough throughout this whole process, and has gone above-and-beyond what we expected from a real estate agent. She has been a wealth of information, and has been very patient with us, even though she has had to come all the way to the south side of Indy from plainfield neumerous times to give us access to the home before making the final offers. She even showed up for the home inspection, stayed for the entire thing, and asked several questions of the inspector that we never would have thought to ask. We will definitely use her again!!!!!!!

She is awesome. She is always looking after the interests of her clients. She is very professional. She is very thorough and very knowledgeable. We did not spend any money. She seems to be aware of things that a lot of other realtors don?t seem to be aware of. I have used her several times before. I will use her in the future.

Cheryl is the best EVER! The transaction that we had was a bit tough because of numerous circumstances but Cheryl made it easy! Cheryl is very responsive & an absolute pleasure to work with. Cheryl is the best! She sold our previous home in 24 hours. Cheryl is very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. She is very responsive and always kept in touch with us throughout the process. She was especially helpful in communicating with our builder regarding issues that came up as our new home was being built. She was very helpful during our final walk through and really paid close attention to detail and made sure that the builder knew what touch-ups needed to be done. We think Cheryl is great and we will highly recommend her to everyone!
