The installer had worked for the company for many years and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He volunteered to pull off the baseboards in the bathroom so I could sand them and put a new coat of finish on them, then he re-installed them. This was a huge help to me. He was very friendly, yet he didn't waste time just visiting.

Overall, Floor Fashions Co. Inc. did a very good job. The work looks real good. My interaction with them was fine. They have done work for us before. I keep using them because they just do good work. I have heard that they are high with their prices. However I never cared because when someone does good work for me; I’m willing to pay. So, I don’t know about their price. I haven’t got other estimates either. I will use them again in the future.

The salesman was so helpful in making the correct selection, the workers came when I was told they would arrive, and finished in the time that I was told. The store selection was real large. I couldn't believe how nice everyone was in the store and on the phone.
