Pest Control
The initial estimate seemed very reasonable but after completing the painting there were hidden charges (extra coats) not stated in the initial quote. The final cost was still reasonable. The painting was of good quality but clean up was poor. They used my kitchen sink for clean up since I did not have a utility sink. I had to ask for them to clean the sink after clean up. In addition, I had to ask that the wall behind the sink be repainted due to splatter from clean up. I did recommend First Impressions to friends but they had a horrible experience (bad communication, poor estimate, swearing & complaining). They ended up canceling the job. My rating below will reflect my experience. I will not rehire them due to the experience my friends had.

General Remodeling
WORK WAS WELL DONE, BUT THE CLEAN-UP WAS VERY POOR. PAINT OVERSPRAY WAS ON EVERY WINDOW, SWITCH PLATE AND FIXTURE. WOULD HAVE LIKED THE JOBSITE TO HAVE BEEN LEFT IN BETTER CONDITION.
