He was prompt, professional and took the time to show and explain what he thought might be a cost effective option to try and avoid an otherwise expensive repair. I couldn't be happier with the results!

It was excellent. I definitely would recommend them to anybody. It was really affordable. He has done a really good job. He was really honest. He took care of everything we needed. He was upfront with everything. He didn't go around the bush. He didn't try to sell me more than what he came to do.

Doug Lee responded to our call quickly; coming out within two days. He is very professional and does only the work that is required. Charges were very reasonable. He works fast and efficiently. We would highly recommend him for any heating/air conditioning services.
