Right from the get go they screwed me by finding a tenant the day I called them but they failed to tell me until 3 days later after the lease was already signed and the tenant had moved in. I last talked to them stating I wanted about $2150 for rent then I found out they signed the lease for only $2,000. I then saw a copy of the lease and saw that it was a three year lease with no rent increases which I had wanted. Over the next three years I found that they didn't communicate things with me until after the fact. In Jan of '10 I emailed them that I wanted to cancel out agreement but they wouldn't send me the proper documents because they said I didn't send the registered documents to cancel services with them. They finally acknowledged they received my information the end of May. I told them I wanted the security deposit but they refused, stating that it was not my money and that it should be given to the tenant. They also informed about me about a switch on the Jacuzzi that needed repaired. I told them to drop everything they were doing. I finally got rid of them once the tenant out of the house. I had to spend over $2,000 dollars to fix all the damage that was done on the home. As of now, I have still not been compensated.
