For the leak, Jason coordinated everything - the locator service, demolition crew to break up the slab, construction of new custom cabinets (the water had unknowingly ruined the existing ones), flooring, and a final cleaning of the entire unit since it was covered in dust from the work. He even worked with my homeowner's insurance on the billing. He made what could have been a disaster, a very painless process. With my water heater, he researched my model and serial number and determined that the failed part was still under warranty (I never would have thought to check). He was here with the part the morning after I contacted him and had me up and running in no time. I won't hesitate to use him for any future plumbing needs!

The plumber did the job while I was at work, my wife was at home.  He came when he said he would, did what he said he would, and charged what he said he would.

We've been consistently pleased with the quality of service and communication provided by Jason Cook.  He clearly communicates options and maitenance requirements.  The first time we used him was during a middle of the night emergency when the installing company would not make a middle of the night call to fix a pipe connection less than 1 yr old - under warranty, that failed and was flooding our basement.  I found Cook's number in the phone book, called at 3 am and he was at our house within an hour - saving us $thousands in an already bad situation.   His pricing is reasonable.  In working on a stubborn plugged drain, Jason installed a take out piece/valve and showed me how to use it, if future clogs occurred in the same place - when it could have presumedly provided him more business.   I'd recommend this business to anyone and consider it an example of great customer service, good quality, and fair pricing.

Jason did make two trips and only charged us for one. Upon his first arrival he went through his diagnostics and came to the conclusion of the Delta shower valve was the root cause. Jason did not have any replacements on his truck for our model but offered to make a return trip. We did advise Jason we were in no hurry (The shower is roughed in and not funtional) and he was able to work in another appointment. Since we were undecided with our shower arrangement we decided to have Jason cap off the shower lines and the issue was resolved.

Our water heater starting leaking during a cold snap and I called Mr. Cook to obtain an estimate. Mr. Cook took my first call and was very through in explaining my options and providing an accurate estimate range--all while he was working at another home in the crawl space! Mr. Cook was dealing with several emergency calls on the day that I called but he fit me in as his first appointment the following day. He gave me a courtesy call about 10-15 minutes out and arrived on-time. He was courteous, informative, and provided several pieces of literature regarding the thermal expansion tank and my current hot water recirculating pump. Mr. Cook finished the entire project within about 3 hours and cleaned up the work area throughly. Absent the cost of the thermal expansion tank, Mr. Cook quoted me a price of $750.00 for the water heater replacement. My water heater is located in the garage and is very easy to access. I'm sure there would be additional costs for a water heater that is harder to access and/or is not a similar size replacement.

We had a problem with our water heater not staying lit. Jason came out on a Sunday and got it started and informed me of a known problem with Whirlpool water heaters. He ordered the replacement parts from the manufacturer to fix the problem and came out a couple days later to replace these.
