Their repair work was flawless and they are as honest as the day is long. They also gave me a ride to and from my house so I didn't have to make other arrangements to drop off and pick up the vehicle. Jerry and his staff were friendly, professional and treated me like a person instead of a number. I recommend Collision Inc. highly and will use them again if needed.

Overall, their service was above and beyond! After my accident, Jerry did a careful but quick estimate for the outside damage, and walked me through what was probably wrong underneath the car. He was very helpful in explaining what each piece in the car was for, why it would probably need to be replaced, and other solutions, which was great since I know very little about car parts. He answered all of my many questions very thoroughly and patiently. He even offered to take care of contacting the rental care agency. Initially, Jerry said that the work to my car was going to take a week, maybe more. But I got my car back within 4 days! And the work was just beautiful, so much so that it looks like I have a new car. With no added charge, he went ahead and buffed out scratches that were on top of my hood, and cleaned the inside of my car! The paint job looks great on the hood, and all of the work was amazing. He also had all of the paperwork ready and waiting for me, so picked up my car took no time at all. Apparently they've been in business since the 70s or 80s, and no wonder--they really take care of their customers. I would highly recommend Collision Inc to anyone who ever needed work done, and will go back here myself if the situation arises.

Our car was hit by a dog, bending the fender so the passenger door wouldn't open properly. The guys at Collision Inc. clearly wanted our business - they provided a great estimate and worked directly with State Farm on the claim. The repair was done perfectly and on time, with no surprises except the fact that "since they were going to paint the fender anyway", they fixed an existing door ding on the wheel well. Great job, guys!

I feel comfortable that if it needed to be done then they did the right thing. I feel like they are honest with me. I'm very pleased. The problem we were having at the time is that the insurance company wasn't getting the car to them. Collision Inc didn't grumble when I would call to check. They did a fine job communicating. When I went in they knew my name and I appreciated that.
