Cindy and her other cleaners are GREAT! After two years, I had zero problems. They were always thorough and consistent and never missed a cleaning. Cindy sent reminders the week of each cleaning. The only reason we're stopping service is because we're moving.

Cindy cleaned for me for over a year. I was mostly satisfied with the job she did. I was, until recently, very pleased with her level of trustworthiness. I gave her my garage code and asked her to let herself in on days which I would not be home. One day she texted me and quit, without notice and provided no reason. I was utterly flabbergasted. I reached out twice to try and see if there were something we could do to keep her and she never responded. I find this highly unprofessional. I am very disappointed with the dismissive way in which I was treated.

"I really like cleaning for [Member Name Removed] I also really enjoyed her two little boys. She recently got a divorce, that's when things started getting out of control. I couldn't get my work done for babysitting, the house was very hectic and then the added boyfriend. The house was cluttered and very full while I was trying to clean around 4 people. Then on the last time in, they went upstairs her little boy kept asking me to come upstairs and help his mommy. I felt this was a complete unprofessional work environment. I've never been in a situation like this ever before. I knew I would never go back before I left. My apologies if I didn't handle this situation correctly, but I was very uncomfortable."

Cindy's Custom Cleaning was awesome! The first time they came (about a month ago), they did a deep clean which included base boards, dusting blinds, cleaning pictures, ceiling fans and doors. Deep cleaning is higher than regular clean, but well worth it. In addition, they did regular cleaning like dusting, washing floors, dusting and vacuuming. They did an outstanding job and I was very pleased. They're now coming regularly, are timely and thorough. Love them! Thank you, Cindy!

Cindy is very responsive and easy to work with. I scheduled an estimate for a whole house deep cleaning. Cindy arrived on time and walked through the house with me. I pointed out out specific areas I wanted her to address like like around the stove, baseboards and outlet covers. Her team came out the next day to provide the service. They were amazing! The house was spotless. The entire process was very easy. Cindy's rates are fair and her work is excellent. I would definitely recommend Cindy's Custom Cleaning to anyone.

Cindy came out to go over the required work and was extremely thorough in determining what we wanted and describing how her crew would do the required work. Her crew performed a "deep" cleaning for us, which was charged at double the standard cleaning fee (which is standard for a new cleaning service). We were very happy with their work. They will be cleaning for us every two weeks at the cost of service listed above. It is a little more than we anticipated having to pay, but believe it is good value for the service provided.

Cindy was prompt in getting back to me when I was looking for someone to do temporary house cleaning while I recovered from surgery. She was friendly and reasonable in her quote. Either she or her daughter arrive weekly to do only parts of my house regularly in use. In addition to having an agreed day and time, Cindy always texts me the day before to confirm. It has been great to be able to focus on my recovery and a few little chores like laundry and dishes instead of facing an increasingly untidy home.

I am very impressed with the quality and service Cindy's has provided. In our first meeting Cindy came to the house and assessed our needs and asked me what I was looking for in a cleaning service. She did a very thorough walk-through and gave a fair quote. The same two girls come each time which is nice because they get to know our house and feel more comfortable cleaning the clutter. If we are working from home they always ask where we want them to start. This is very thoughtful because if we have a teleconference we don't want the vacuum running just outside the door.
We always receive a text the day before with an approximate arrival time. But if we are not home, the crew has a security code and hasn't had any trouble disabling the alarm. This is a wonderful family business with a great personal touch. They are polite and kind and thoughtful, even remembering to ask how our new dog was getting along.

Cindy is always on time, always friendly, always more than willing to help with any special requests. She comes every other week and always leaves our home smelling good and looking great! Her personality is positive, her work ethic is hardworking, and her care for our home is diligent. I would highly recommend her for any size home. You'll be glad you did!
