+ -1 moreMy first red flag should have been when they answered the phone with "Hello", second red flag when the technician showed up in no identifiable clothing. Third red flag the charge for the service was exorbitant to the service provided. I had to tell the technician what I THOUGHT WAS WRONG and he still didn't fix it.
