First took my 98 Malibu into this shop a few weeks earlier for brake pads. Price and promptness of service brought me back when my check engine light came on.
The mechanic diagnosed the problem and put my mind at ease by explaining everything and answering my questions.
The repair was fast and I had my car back the next morning. Only time will tell if the proper repair was done. But at this time I am content that its fixed.

They are good. I got some buddies that worked there. They take care of me.

No wait and work was performed by lead mechanic who brought me back to explain everything he was doing and options that he offered. Was impressed with the operation.

It took a little longer than I liked to get in, but once I was the customer they serviced every detail with friendly service.

Rob spent a lot of time and educated effort to conclude there is a problem with my transmission, but he doesn't feel it is an immediate concern. I asked for an estimate to replace the transmission (transaxle really) which he prepared. I feel his concern level for my transmission is good, I have a plan to make it continue to function and see if the noise develops into anything more serious as time goes on.
If you want a shop with great knowledge and integrity this is the place to go. It's kind of like the old small town atmosphere where you know everyone when you go in. Joe the manager, and Kevin the asst. mgr. are running a business with great ethics, I'll continue to go there!

I have been using this Car-X for my oil changes for quite a while now. They are always professional and service my vehicles quickly. Normally I can get in and out in under 30 minutes if they are not packed.

Car-X Auto Service found out my car needed a gasket in the exhaust. They came out and explained it to me. They were very professional. They showed me what need to be repaired. They only charged $50.00 to fix it and it only took about 30 minutes to finish it.

Joe Childers crew does an amazing job.  I totally trust them to take care of my car.  They always tell me what I need and don't need and give me quotes before doing any work.  Being a single mom, money is always tight and Joe lets me know what needs to be done immediately and what I need to save up for.  I recommend them to anyone needing service on their car.

I had a problem with a rusted bolt on a shock I was attempting to change myself.  I called CarX and was told they could see me right away.  I was there within 20 minutes, spoke with Joe, they took my car in quickly and had me back on the road within about 45 minutes.
While I was there I ran into a neighbor and a friend from a previous job.  It made me feel good about my choice of a place to go if they were there too.

They are always super fast and friendly. The office staff is second-to-none. Anthony recognizes me every time and asks me about work and how my dad is doing (My father also takes his car there). It's been a fantastic experience and I trust them completely with my car. They never try to upsell me and take the time to explain issues to me. I really appreciate that.....

They are one of the most professional service stations I've ever experienced. They absolutely do what they can to take care of you and they will do whatever they can to take care of you. They will never try to sell you something that doesn't need to be sold to you. We were actually told by another service provider that we needed something done to our vehicle and they advised us that the work was not necessary. That is why we keep going back.

They have been very courteous and their prices are pretty good.

Outstanding; they charged nearly one-third less than an oil change alone, and I got a new air filter.

I worked with the technician, Kurt, to replace my front end brakes. He did a wonderful job! It took about an hour to replace them while I waited. I didn't feel I was overcharged (I cost-compared 3 total auto mechanics); extremely timely; and, I was able to get right in-it was even on a Saturday morning! While I was there Kurt and his manager were able to quote me for 4 new tires. The quote is right in line as well! I will definitely use them again!
