Payed for the yearly program, scheduled a HVAC checkup with them over a month in advanced (After going through 3 people to get it scheduled). They never showed up after I got multiple email and texts confirming the appointment and called AFTER they were supposed to already be done to say they weren't coming and I had to reschedule. They now say I never actually had an appointment due to their process errors "that they are working on". They are terrible and are impossible to work with and will hold you hostage if you do the yearly program. They won't let me out of the yearly program and said I have to buy it out after I said I was over them after terrible service. They will take your money and try to do everything in their power to not do your checkups. I have had them do multiple things including plumbing checkup and electrical work and they have never showed up on time, even with the 4 hour given window. DO NOT USE THEM!

I pay for it once a year. They come in, they do the service, and they leave, and everything is clean and all done. I'm happy with their service. No improvements are needed. I've used them the last five years.

The salesman came out and I was really impresed with him. He did a whole house evaluation to see where my current furnace was and what I should go for. He was very nice and very prompt. The installation itself seems to have been very good. The only issue I had with the installation was that we had set the installation date a week in advance, so several days had passed, and on the day of the installation I was expecting a call when they were on their way. They never called so when they showed up, it caught me by surprise and I wasn't prepared for them to be there. I asked the gentleman why they didn't call and he had said that he didn't know the procedure and that he had to, which I thought was kind of odd. I called the company about this and they said that they typically don't call before since they had already made prior arrangements. In my experience, I'm used to most companies calling before hand but other than that the installation was great and they actually finished ahead of time and included a fancy thermostat that connects to the internet and a phone app and also included an extra filter due to the issue with them not calling.

We have had them for both winter and spring servicing now. They are very thorough and spent several hours cleaning and inspecting the system, changing filters, and ensuring that everything is up to par. We were impressed at their thoroughness and the time that they took, as we have had two other service providers over the lifetime of this furnace , and no one can compare. We actually had a previous provider who only spent only 30 minutes on the inspection! Bassett spent 3 hours and is by far the most reasonably priced and thorough of anyone we have used to date.

Have and Will use this company for many years, they took the old furnace out and do yearly services for me on my furnace. For the following year, problem responses, and 10% off parts that i may need. They cleaned my furnace, and came out to service it twice, and installed new parts. Then they took out the old one and put in our new water heater.

I have been very pleased with them. The price is reasonable. The maintenance contract is reasonable. I was real pleased with the gentleman who came out and did service. He did a pretty thorough job.
