Sandy was very professional from start to finish. She stripped very old wallpaper and glue from the walls, painted the walls and trim and closet doors. You can't even tell that there was ever wallpaper on the walls. The rooms are beautiful. Sandy does such a great job with the painting that we had her come back and paint our spare bedroom. Years ago when we first bought our house Sandy removed wallpaper from a bedroom and bathroom. Again, the work was professional and cleanup was thorough. We would highly recommend Sandy for any painting job, small or large.

I purchased a 4400 square foot home that needed the wallpaper removed and painted. I found Sandy after interviewing 14 other
painters/contractors. All other painters/contractors gave me prices in the range of $6000 - $9000. Sandy said she could do it for $4500, and I would buy my own paint. I actually hired Sandy not because of her price, but I had a good feeling about her during my interview with her. Sandy said she would apply two coats of paint when most of the competition stated they would apply only one
coat.
Sandy started when she said she would and she was very professional. To save money, Sandy instructed me to purchase paint in five gallon buckets and that she would let me know when to buy the next five gallon bucket ahead of time to ensure I didn’t purchase more paint than needed. Other contractors told me they would apply primer to the wall, then paint the wall over the primer. Sandy instructed me to buy paint with primer already in the paint; which saved me even more money.
Sandy’s technique of removing wallpaper did not damage the drywall underneath. She simply took her time and removed it slowly. Other contractors told me ‘expect to have damaged walls’ because the wallpaper was applied really well, which would increase the quoted price. Sandy also removed all wallpaper glue so the paint would be easily applied. 
The finished product was immaculate! Sandy is great at what she does and I would recommend her to others without hesitating. Not only does she charge a fair price, but Sandy enjoys what she does. Although I hired Sandy for a wallpaper removal / paint job, her portfolio extends way beyond just painting.
The photos attached were taken with the camera on my phone, so they aren’t as sharp as I would like them to be. I tried to take
before / after shots in the same location so viewers can get an idea of Sandy’s work.

Sandy did a great job, and I will definitely keep her in mind when I have another job for her.

Ms. Smith (Sandy) started the job on Thursday Dec. 29th. She called before she arrived, and went right to work when she arrived. She came every day but Sunday until job was done on Friday Jan 6th, She always put covers on everything to protect, and always cleaned up afterwards. I can't say enough good about the job she did, it was excellent. She is very precise in all her work. Detail is her middle name. We had a lot of cut in work and she did most of it free hand. This lady is a GEM, and I hated to see her go when she was done. I would hire her again if needed and highly recommend her. If you need painting or wallpaper, or a mural she is great at all.
