Everything was taken care of.  I called back for a couple of questions and I did not find the answers to be satisfactory.

I take both my cat and dog to see Dr. Deckard. He's great, I trust him and the rest of the staff with my pets.

The entire staff at the Animal Clinic of Plainfield top-notch. They treat my dog with the utmost of care and are always extremely pleasant to deal with. I have had my dog to see all the veterinarians at one point or another and each is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. From the receptionists to the vet techs to the vets themselves I couldn't be more pleased.
A little over a year ago my dog came down with a mysterious fever. He stayed overnight under their watchful eyes and came out ok. Even though the cause of the illness was not found, they got him though and back to health. A few months later the fever returned while I was away on vacation. My elderly father had to take my dog back to the clinic. They put my father at ease and once again took excellent care of my pup.
They use common sense there too. I have never felt like they were recommending a procedure just to get some extra money. That alone gives me a lot of confidence in them.
Their office and exam rooms are always clean, neat and well maintained.
I highly recommend the Animal Clinic of Plainfield.

I like him a lot. He is just really nice.  You tell them what you want and they will tell you how much it is. They don’t push things that your pet doesn't need.  They have a reasonable price. Their place is spotless.

The recent visit was free, but my dog has been going back and getting in for checks; so it's kind of all depends on the price. At one point, when my dog's toe was amputated, it cost about $695. The whole place is pretty nice. They seemed educated on what need to be done. They get back to me with a quick response when the first three bills come back. They check-up and follow-up on the dog the next day.

I like him. Overall, he is very good. I would continue to use him again in the future.

I don’t go there anymore because I was dissatisfied with them. The last time I went there, I spent about $500. It was a situation where I had boarded the dogs and they had got them sick. Their ability to board animals was not very good. If your dogs are nervous or need special attention, I would not recommend this place. They are good about getting you in at the appointed time, though. I will not use them again in the future.

Excellent clinic. They are very kind and take good care of our cat. But yet they understand and respect our feelings on how it's only a pet and our budget is limited. They never perform work or labs without first giving you an estimate and getting your okay. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable doctor.

We love that clinic. The doctor is very personable. All of the vet techs are very good with pets. The people checking you in and out are very accomodating. It is a beautiful facility.

We've had everything from routine shots to surgeries to putting a sick animal down done at this office; they do it all with care and compassion.

Instead of making him upset they used anesthesia and capped the tooth. He came out just fine. He was up and about the same day and doing the second day. We have used them for a few years. They called when he was out of surgery and have great communication.

They take care of my four cats. They are very reasonable compared to other vets when it comes to prices. They always do a good job taking care of them and are good about working me in if there is an emergency. They are very caring and really love the animals.

I trust them. They make me feel secure. They take very good care of my dog and they are very caring. They call threw the year to tell me when the the shots are due. They call to check on my dog after I have a procedure done.
