Roofing
Yellow page ad says on Angie's List, but was not. Address not published, no cell phone. Showed up 3 days after contract signed w/o advance notice, originally said would come in 2wks. Work done in June during pop-up t-storm season. Ripped off all shingles, didn't tarp fully till after t-storm passed. By then garage soaked, inside leaks 4 place including pic window (not tarped to gutter). Refused to tarp full roof! Refused to replace all existing roof felt with new! Punched holes in new shingles to cover roof w/tarp, had to inspect ea. shingle at end to make him seal all holes. Left nails all over perimeter/drivewy & fast food sacks/leftover food in yard. Roof job ok, but then had another severe leak in valley near gutter that he sealed full day after leak. Extremely loud arguments with workers; I had to settle one myself, 2 workers walked out on job, many neighbors complained of two yelling arguments. Total job took 9 days. Fixed leak areas but left joint compound mess in kitchen sink.
