The work was done on a vacation home in NC. We began talking with Tom about it several years ago. He had to obtain his contractor's license for NC in order to take on this project. We provided him housing while he worked on the project.
Tom is a very professional worker and we could not be more pleased with what he has done. We know him through our church. He is a hard worker and very particular. He anticipate many things that we never thought of and consulted us on all the decisions. He was very cooperative about the things that we wanted done. We added many small "fix-up" jobs as we went along. He is honest to a fault.
