Kirby Heating & Air Conditioning

Very clean and professional installation, including retrofitting the new flues and lines needed for the high-efficiency furnace and moving the outside AC unit. It's never fun to spend that kind of money, but it was a fair and very competitive price for very well-done work.

I was really pleased with them. The price was very reasonable, they beat other prices and they did a really good job. They cleaned up after themselves. It was really good job.

These guys are great. They go over and above to get a job done. They are professional with just the right touch of fun. They even corrected and advised on problems created by another crew our general contractor used in our home. I cannot praise the guys at Kirby enough.

Original quote from "a place down the street" to replace the thermocoupler was twice the price from Kirby.   We then experienced a problem that we expected we would need to replace the pump, a rather expensive item.   The serviceman diagnosed the problem as a clutch spring and a very inexpensive fix.  It is scary sometimes having a 50 year old boiler and it's greast to have a local company chaning very reasonable prices for service and not trying to sell us a new furnace/boiler before we really need to get one.

Called Kirby after hours. he returned the call but i was unable to answer. He stopped by to see if anyone was home and did the repairs within an hour of calling. really appreciated having the A/C up and running within a short period of calling.
We have used Kirby for about 10 years and have been happy with the services provided.

Kirby Heating and Air Conditioning came highly recommended by a well known professional in the home inspection market and my father. I was also impressed by their product knowlege, wanting to understand how the old system performed and listened to my needs without any pressure to up sell. Everything went very smooth and installation was completed as explained at time of quote. Cleanup was so good that I couldn't see they were there except for equipment change.

Three weeks later and it's very hot outside. My new heat pump is performing flawlessly and my house is holding steady at a very comfortable temperature. Since building my home, I have never had a unit work like the new American Standard heat pump that they suggested for my home. Great job Kirby!

Everything went like clockwork. I called a little before 8 and left a message describing the problem on their answering machine. A few minutes later a nice lady called back to schedule the service tech. Lloyd arrived on time at 10 o'clock. He checked the pressures on the air conditioning lines, and added some Freon to the system. Lloyd was very professional and efficient. We would call them again for future heating or AC service.
