They were very good. They had to remove the toilet, washing machine, and the plumbing. They put everything back. While they were working, a 40 year old pipe cracked, so they replaced it for me. They did an excellent job.

The work went very well considering the dust with the drywall removal and new installation of new drywall.

Jay did a great job, the result is beautiful and blends in well with the tile that was not replaced, and he cleaned up after the job was done. Another contractor gave me an estimate for almost twice as much and told me it was inevitable that the reglazing on my tub would be damaged from falling tiles, tools, etc. With Jay, there were only a few minor chips (easily fixed) where he had to remove old caulk.

My contact from start to finish was with Jeff Christie. Jeff was professional and cordial. His appearance was clean-cut. His demeanor was that of a gentleman. Response to my initial query was prompt. All aspects of the work anticipated were explained clearly. Work was completed timely. Repairs matched existing construction perfectly. He sincerely requested that I report any failure in his work immediately. I know that he will correct any defects immediately and without charge. He charged me $100 less than his original estimate, and asked if I thought his charge was equitable.

AWESOME! JAY AND HIS BROTHER KEPT ME UP TO DATE, THROUGHOUT THE DAY, OF THEIR PROGRESS, WHAT ADDITIONAL MATERIALS THEY NEEDED TO FINISH THE JOB IN THE SAME DAY, AND DID IT. THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAIL PAID OFF HANDSOMELY, AS OUR KITCHEN HAS A BEAUTIFUL NEW LOOK AND FEEL, AS WELL AS INCREASING OUR RESALE VALUE FOR THE NOMINAL INVESTMENT. ASIDE FROM LIKING '70'S MUSIC (I MISTOOK THEM FOR GOOD SOUTHERN ROCKERS) THEY WERE PERSONABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND ABOVE ALL VERY TALENTED AT WHAT THEY DO. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY TILE JOB!
