They've done a lot of work for us and we have referred them to a lot of people. We are really pleased with his work and his crew.

 About two weeks after they replaced our roof, they came and installed laminate flooring. The owner, Tim, came and checked on how the floors were coming. He actually got down on the floor and looked really close at one board because he thought he saw a scratch. He did see a scratch so he had the team pull up the board and replace it. He not only replaced the board, but he had to pull out several boards to get to the scratched board. We are pleased with Tim and his work ethic.

Tim worked with me to repair some problem areas I had with my siding. A few cracked pieces and some warped siding from previous owners getting their grill too close. He was able to determine the original manufacturer, style, and color of the existing siding, but found that it had been discontinued in 2004.  We used some samples he had to match a similar color and style. With the siding installed, you can tell a slight color difference when viewing at an angle, but overall I am extremely satisfied with the end result.
Tim was easy to work with and transparent with material costs. He was also very good about giving us a heads up on any extra costs that might come up.

I signed a contract with Brickey Construction, Inc. in late August, and they built a garage extension and a driveway in September and October for me. I was very pleased with everything. The quality of the construction was very good. They were very open and very transparent in everything. They kept me informed of what was going on. I think the quality was excellent and I am very happy with them. In fact I have them coming back for another job. This was a garage extension that took me from two car to four car, but the reason is that the garage was not finished from the inside. So I am having the inside of both garages finished. They are going to do the drywall and that is starting next week.

Our screened-in porch is wonderful!  Very solid, great construction.  Mr. Brickey always kept us informed about his plans for the day, plans for the next day and always would ask us if we had questions or concerns.  He and his crew were always polite, professional, prompt and very hard-working!

The estimates give by this company were very competitive. The quality of work provided was excellent. The company was very punctual, responsive, and professional. I was very satisfied with the services performed by this company.

I found them on a flyer and they had good ratings with the Better Business Bureau and Angie’s List.  They did well and we plan on having them back for other things.  Their price is comparable to others.

Mr. Brickey listened carefully during the estimate part of the project and was the only contractor (of 5 solicited) able to make a proposal that did what I asked and stayed within the budget I had set. The company removed my old front step which involved jack-hammering out the old concrete walk and steps and hauling that away. They then built a new walkway, steps and front platform and covered it with a gabled roof. An old aluminum back porch was removed and replaced with a gabled screened porch including electric fan, lights and outdoor plugins. New leaf-proof guttering was installed on the old and new areas. Mr. Brickey and his team really did a very nice job and I would recommend them to anyone. Besides top quality work, the employees were very friendly and Mr. Brickey kept me aware of everything as it was going on as well as what was to be expected next and there were never any surprises. I've had nothing but compliments about the work they did. I really feel I received a bargain. I highly recommend Brickey Construction and plan to use them again next spring.

They did everything. I got some extra work done and hence, would not be able to tell the price as it might sound like too much. There was not a thing that I did not like about them. They were very polite and I enjoyed working with them. Mr. Brickey was here and he was very pleasant to work with. My husband was very picky. When my husband would come home and say that he did not like the way something looked, Mr. Brickey would change it immediately without a question although it would look fine to me. My husband got the windows changed by half an inch and that was how picky he was. They were excellent. I would have to say that people did not like the price of anything nowadays. I would use them again in the future without a doubt.

They did an okay job, but we didn't want to spend that much money. Overall, we were satisfied. They did decent work and were professional.

Tim Brickey is the owner of Brickey Construction, who we selected based on the recommendations found on Angie's List. Brickey Construction scheduled the appointment to give us an estimate on updating our screened in porch to a three season room. After talking with Tim, and getting other bids, we went with with Brickey Construction who presented a bid of $11,615.58. Tim and his crew did good work. On more than one occasion, changes were requested and Tim listened and took those recommendations in stride. The overall quality of the work was above average. I was impressed with the work ethic and demeanor shown by his crew. The experience I enjoyed with Brickey Construction was very positive, and I can safely recommend the company. Looking back at the finished product, the completed three season room is even better than we anticipated. I would use the company again for another project.

Tim did an excellent job and was very professional from bid to completion. He kept me updated throughout the project and finished within estimated time frame. The price was the best of three estimates that I received and I can?t be more happy with my decision to go with Brickey. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Responded to call for estimate within one day. Estimate emailed to me and followed up with phone call. Work began within a few days. Crew worked continuously 8 AM - 8 PM. Always checked in when leaving for the day, or if more supplies were needed. Actual cost was $300 more than estimate. Tim and crew were very polite and contentious, encouraged my inspection of the work.

It was fantastic. Timmy the owner is very honest and nice. The work was very detailed oriented. Everyone was very nice, and I felt very safe working with them. If there was anything that I was not satisfied with they changed it immediately. The price was very reasonable.

I received my estimate a day after they came out to survey the job. They started the day they said they would. We found out my sub floor needed replaced which only held up the project one day and which cost us a little bit more than the original estimate. Otherwise it was completed in a reasonable time. They cleaned up after themselves fairly well and presented themselves very well.
