Our prices are based on individual customer needs. We customize those prices to fit your budget. It did not go well. They showed up one day when I was not there and without notice to do the grading and planting. They did not leave any instructions on how to care for it. I used the internet and instructions from another landscaper from a previous job. This was during the rainy spring season so it seldom required my sprinklers but I did some sprinkling as needed. After six weeks I still had little to no visible grass in the area. I had to have the job redone by a friend

"I am sorry that you feel this way.We take pride in our reputation.Our customers opinion matters.If you are not satisfied,we will do everything possible to make it right.With that being said,I just went over the emails that we had with each other prior,during,and after the project.I do not know how to attach them to this response but in short,on 4/18/19 you had asked that we add an area behind some utility boxes.We added area at no extra charge.On 4/30/19 you stated that you were having a lawn care company come and treat your turf.I am not sure exactly what application they put down.I am assuming it was a pre-emergent?If so this will not allow any seed to germinate.You stated on the email that they would skip the intended work areas,but as we all know sometimes communication has a tendency to get lost down the line,also with all the rain at that time,it easily could of leached out onto the area being seeded.On 5/23/19 the project was completed.We added a little top soil to the area,raked in the seed,installed erosion control straw blanket.On 06/11/19 you asked for instructions on what to do about the straw blanket.I replied,"Wait till the grass is coming through pretty good..then you can remove and mow".On 06/26/19 you stated,"there was no clear evidence that it was going to grow.I had the area reseeded this week."If you would of given us notification that you were not getting any results from the seed,we could of performed a soil sample for you,receive results and assess what to do next,most likely reseeded the area again for free,since it would have been enough time for the pre-emergent application to dissolve and new seed would easily germinate.Now with that also being said,I sure hope you do not have that same lawn care company come and treat your new turf with broadleaf while it is newly established turf.Any stress on this new turf will definitely hurt any chance of survival.I can not issue a refund,however I would be more than happy to reseed the area in the Fall when survival rate is at its best."

We worked with Dustin on picking out the pavers that would go best with our house. Dustin also provided us with color pictures of plants as they would be positioned in the front and back yard. All the work done looks superb. All was completed in a timely manner - rain was the only thing that delayed the work. We are so excited and happy about the results and have received many compliments about our hard. Dustin and his staff were a joy to work with. They truly take pride in their work.

They leave my neighbors lawn looking fair to middlen, but my lawn is sproon with grass clippings and now that it is Fall and abundance of leaves either from lawn mower and blowers. The men actually clear my neighbors lawn by blowing their leaves onto our lawn and into our scrubs. I have complained via phone, but the situation only gets worse. Now the men have started having their lunch under my neighbors front tree which shares and landscaped garden bed with us. Therefore, I rate this company poor on quality and professionalism.

I've been in the real estate development and management business for over 35 years and A Cut'n Edge is as good a contractor as I've ever used. They're not the biggest company but I think that just helps them be more efficient and responsive. The employees are always neatly dressed and polite to all our homeowners. If anything is ever missed, they immediately come back and take care of the situation.

I have used A Cut 'N Edge for several years to clean my property of all leaves in the fall. I have 2 acres and about 60 trees so you can imagine how many leaves I have. Dusty and his crew do an amazing job. Year afer year, I have been more than pleased with their work. They pay attention to every detail, get in the corners of the yard and under every bush. I always get a call a day or two ahead to confirm and inquire about any special needs. I never have to worry about a thing with these guys. One phone call and it's done, and done right. I wish every contractor was as easy to work with as A Cut 'N Edge.
