First major storm the roofs leaked. Mr. Smith stated it was not possible for the Rubber Roof to leak but agreed to come and check it out. Several days later still had not checked the roofs. I sent an email and he came the next day. Said there was a small cut in the rubber roof like a cutter had been dropped. He patched this. The second repair area has caused damage to the ceiling in our kitchen. Mr. Smith stated his company's repair had not caused the damage and that we needed to replace the entire roof - another $2000. We contacted a retired roofer we knew. He came and found that no tar or sealant had been used in the repaired area which caused the leak. The retired roofer also notified us that the new Rubber Roof had two patches - one large and one small. On a new roof I find this unacceptable.
