Benner & Co Heating & Air

I work in the constuction industry, and I deal with contractors on a regular basis.  I have seen the entire spectrum of what you get when you hire someone to do an installation.  Just something to keep in mind when you read this. 
I can't say enough good about Benner and Company.  Very professional.  I would give a higher rating than an "A" if it was an option.  Leading up to the installation, I had a couple of questions about the equipement and ended up adding the air purifier instead of haveing just a filter installed.  Any question I had, or change that I made was taken care of promptly.  The guys that installed the system were very professional, and it was a very difficult installation.  The furnace closet that they had to work with wasn't hardly wide enough for the new gas furnace, but when the install was complete, it looked great!  My mom and dad, my grandmother, and the church we attend, had used Benner and Co. to put in equuipment for them, and I went to look at those installations before they started on mine.  All of their work was done very well.  My installers answered several questions that I had along the way.  I had 1 issue when my heat pump wouldn't start, but turns out it was my fault!  When I called them to come look at the problem, they were there within 30 minutes, talked to me on the phone to let me know what I had done wrong, and even showed my girlfriend how to set the thermostat when we switched from heat to cool.  The installers took 3 days to complete the work, and worked very hard to get it done in that amount of time, so I wouldn't be without heat or air for the weekend.  Benner and Co. even filled out all of the paperwork for my rebates, through my electric company plus Bryant, and registered my equipement for me.  This is the kind of company others should be modeling themselves after.  My house is more comfortable, the system operates quietly, and I know if I ever have a problem, Benner and Co. will be there to fix it, because they honestly do "Whatever it Takes" just like it says on their service vans.  I was pleased with the price, and impressed with thier knowledge and workmanship.
