+ -1 moreWe had this company put a new roof on an apartment house we own which is three hours from where we live. Because we weren't there to supervise the job, we were taken advantage of. Our contract called for rubber roofing on the flat section of the roof but shingles were installed instead. We now have several leaks and have to pay someone else to do it over. While the job was under way we received a call from the church daycare next door telling us the crew had been yelling obscenities at the children. Before they left, one of the guys helped himself to some of the patio furniture as well.
Description of Work: Old roof torn off, new decking installed and shingles and rubber roofing applied.
