First off I called Mike at approximately 9:30 in the morning and He was at my home fixing the problem same day. He was very honest about the work being a temporary fix and provided me with a quote for full service to replace my water heater and move the location. (It i currently under my kitchen counter)

The serviceman Mike was very professional and quickly diagnosed my problem and repaired it by replacing the capacitor and the contacts.
