Repeatedly no-showed for estimate, then after finally giving an estimate, repeatedly no-showed for signing the contract. They were recommended by a family member, and did give the low estimate. Granted, this was summer 2006, after the hail storms of spring 2006 left all the roofers in the area overbooked for months on end. However, they could've just said so. The recommending family member is today, six months later, still waiting for their work to be done. The company never called us back after they no-showed twice for signing the contract. Guess they don't need the work.
Description of Work: Tear off old roof multiple layers, and gutters, and apply new roof and gutters.

THE CREW WAS EXCELLENT, POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, & HARD-WORKING. HARDEST WORKING GROUP WEVE EVER SEEN. THEIR BID WAS ALSO THE LOWEST.
