PPS Contracting

They recently re-roofed my neighbors home. I like the result, and my neighbor seemed happy as well, so I called for a quote. The owner (Tim Pritchard) came promptly, explained the process, what will be replaced (everything), when work can begin, how long it will take, and left me with a detailed/competitive quoted. There was never any pressure in the sales pitch during or after the meeting. Tim was easy to reach by phone, text, or email, and was always responsive. I hired them. All materials were delivered 2 days before the start date. The work was justifiably delayed 2 days due to rain, but otherwise was started and completed on time. The work was flawless, and I was very pleased with both the quality, and the price. Having never lived this before, I was a little shocked at what a messy job this is. However, when they left, if it weren't for the beautiful new roof you would've never known they were there. The place was spotless, and there was NOTHING left for me to clean up after the job. I believe this roof will out last me, but if I ever need another roof replaced, I would definitely hire them again without question. I would highly recommend PPS to anyone with complete confidence!
