From the beginning Steve's customer service was outstanding. We found Masterpiece Auto through a friend that had his interior leather repaired and couldn't say enough great things about their auto restoration work and customer service. I was a little concerned with their location, I live in Carmel and their shop is located in Pendleton. I called one of the owners Steve and he scheduled me that Saturday. Long story short, their auto detailing is hands down the best I have ever seen. The last time I had my car detailed, I purchased a Groupon for some local "eco-friendly" mobile auto detailing that offered to do the work in my employers parking lot. The work ended up being terrible, so bad, that it looked no better than a quick interior cleaning I could do in 15 minutes at a local carwash. Masterpiece Auto's detail was a masterpiece! The car was as clean as the day I purchased it. In addition, I paid additional for an exterior wash and auto headlight restoration. Steve was great to work with and I could tell he took pride in the work his company did. It was also nice that they kept their auto shop and waiting room immaculate. If you live close enough or willing to drive the distance to Pendleton, Masterpiece Auto is worth every dime!
