It went fine. They showed up on time, they completed the job, I guess they are reasonably priced, and they were courteous. My only comment would be make sure that you talk a project through with somebody before they do it thoroughly because sometimes you get surprises. It may not turn out exactly like you expected, but it works. I don't know if that was my fault. It was fine. The pricing was very good. He did another job for me while he was here. It kind of turned out differently than what I expected and I am not sure that it is going to do what it needs to do. The first job was great. It looked wonderful. The second job looked professional, but it was just not quite what I expected. He left a few things behind at the end, but I don't think it's worth that much. Overall he did a great job. Perhaps it was my clarity on the expectations that made the difference. He did excellent work. Just in comparison I had some other estimates, one was for $1600 and he did it for $300. The other company called me back and they were apologetic. He was recommended on Angie's List so I assumed that he would do a good job as well. He was clear that he wouldn't show up if it was for a weather whatever. It was a few days later than what I expected, but I had expected him not to come if it didn't work out. He had given me a time frame and he showed up within that time frame. He was true to his word.

He did an evaluation of the site. He worked with us to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. It was easy to get a hold of him. He is very detail oriented. The quality of is work is very good.

I have used his services several times over the years. I like that he is willing to work with existing materials and structure. He is very creative about coming up with a workable designs. Every time I have used him, the end results surpass my expectations.
