Derek was referred by a friend and was very quick to respond. He came out later the same day and made the repair quickly and with no issues. We would definitely use again.

I thought the service was very personable. I think that he was cheaper than a lot of the other garage door companies. He is the one who installed it. I had some concerns about the life of the door and the warranty. He explained the expected life of the different parts. My neighbors were calling other companies, and I called the guy whose sticker was on the door. He had good reviews on Angie's List.

One problem was a little over the time period for my warranty but they took care of it for me anyway.

They did what they said they would do. They asked the questions over the phone to asses the situation the repair man showed up with the right parts and fixed it. They did a great job and I would use them again.
