We hired CMC to remodel our kitchen. They did a great job, picked up and cleaned up when they were through for the day. THey were very courteous and Mike really knows what he is doing. My kitchen is beautiful and I would choose them again and I would recommend them to family and friends.

My wife and I hired CMC Construction for a kitchen remodel. We have owned our house for 10 years and have never worked with a subcontractor before. I was nervous going into this process as I've heard many, many more stories of working with contractors. From the beginning, Curt and Vic were great. They met with my wife and I several times before we agreed to a contract. The contract was very detailed and we were able to have a cordial back and forth regarding possible cost savings. The construction crew was fantastic. We felt very comfortable having them in our home. At the end of the day, the kitchen construction site was sometimes the cleanest room in the house! The level of workmanship was very strong. This included drywall, flooring, would work, It installed, as well as the normal electrical and plumbing work needed for the kitchen rehabbed. Again, we have no complaints about the finished project, our kitchen looks great! There were a couple of cost overruns in the midst of the project. We have a home that is over 125 years old and there was a lot of work that need to be done with the floor, walls, and ceilings. Curt and Vic did a great job of keeping us abreast of possible cost overruns, as well as other ways to save money with the project. My wife and I would unreservedly recommend CMC Construction for any home remodeling projects. We enjoyed our experience in working with the whole crew.
