They were very prompt, coming within a few days and accomplishing the task in just a few hours. The team of three persons were friendly. We had them just cut down the tree and leave it in the yard (and we cut up and moved it) to save costs. Even with this, they only charged $600, which was very reasonable. We were pleased and grateful.
