I used Swallow's for several years and they showed up reliably and consistently. Unfortunately, they also had two reliably consistent issues. My mulched beds were constantly left covered in grass clippings and they delayed billing for months at a time. This caused me to question the billed amount because they would bill for double mows or bagging clippings without notice and since the bill was received often months later, it was difficult to reconcile. I cancelled their service.
When I expressed my concern about the clippings, I was told that some customers were just not going to be pleased.

Since last spring/fall. Still no tree this year. Other plants to be replaced also. We spent over $6,000 in original landscaping. Original work was alright.
