When we had the drawing produced, it was not correct. There was no real knowledge of the plot as far as fitting certain plants in certain areas, i.e. trying to fit too many plants in one area. They were not prompt and the work was not done in a timely fashion. We were unhappy with some plants they put in, some of them being poisonous, which they were resistant to do. They did the work in December and the plants were dead by May. They gave us a one year warranty but would not honor it, stating that with this particular plant everyone's seem to die. There are several other specifications that were handled very poorly. Whenever I brought up an issue they wanted to argue with me rather than work with me. The billing was incorrect. Finally there was one plant they were supposed to leave as it was and they ended up digging the plant up and killing it. He has told us he will come out to fix the work but never does.
