I first called Parsley Plumbing at 12:30. They were at my house at 2 pm, discovered the leak and had it repaired by 2:40. This is the third time I've used Parsley and they have been excellent each time. Shout out to Brian and Kenny, today's team.

The two installers were exactly on time, worked quietly and efficiently, and when they left there was not one scrap of evidence that they had been there except for three new toilets!

An absolute joke. Project was long planned in advanced. Months of notice. weekly updates. timelines & deadlines known. Blueprints, permits and as GC/owner onsite daily. All on schedule...except the plumbing. Days & days of no show. Calling in 'sick'. Working a couple of hours then leaving. Constant excuses of other jobs priorities (this a huge 7000 sq ft remodel on Geist - not a small job). What little that was done was piped in wrong locations. Bill paid on the spot wo question. Upon repeated pressing the owner for a schedule and daily reach outs of 'when will crew be here' - owner literally told me to 'F off' and that 'didn't care'. It was obvious that Parsley Plumbing does not care. Stay away.

Easy to schedule. Once quick drain clear was performed, tech was kind enough to indicate the min charge was for one hour so why not look at another small item.

Genuinely the nicest, most reasonable contractor I have ever used!

Great. They found a small rag that may have been in there for quite awhile through several other water overflows and previous plumbers missing it.

When I called to schedule an appointment, my phone call was returned that day. They were able to come within a week of our original conversation. The gentlemen arrived on time. They were very friendly and very professional. They didn't hesitate to answer any questions we had, and were knowledgable in their answers. They cleaned up after they were done and all of their work looked great. I highly recommend this company.

With out of town family coming for a nephew's wedding, I was hoping to replace a toilet in our downstairs bathroom that worked but had issues. I contacted Parsley plumbing who said they had some excess toilets in their stock that I could have installed for $120.00. I felt that was a great deal so asked them to install the toilet. The plumber was able to install the toilet and tank the same afternoon and it even cost a little less than I was quoted. The plumber was very nice, efficient, and did a great job. Best yet though is that I have a new toilet, something I have wanted for years!

Ken, came out in bad weather, from another town after being called after 6 pm. Assessed the problem and location of the pipe that had burst. Had the necessary tools and parts to fix immediately.

He's really neat.

Mr Parsley came to the house, performed the necessary work and presented us with a most reasonable bill for the work done and the cost of the parts. We were pleased with his professional manner, his prompt response to our problem, and the final result of his work--no drips!

I had moved into a new home 6 mos. prior and had a home warranty. I called the company and they put me in contact with a plumber. I waited almost 2 weeks for them to show up. I talked to them twice, and they made excuses that they were too busy. I then decided to call Parsley Plumbing and forget about the darn warranty. What a rip-off that was. I had Brian do work for me at my old house so I knew his work ethic. I called and we made arrangements for a time. He called the evening before the scheduled appointment and asked if it would be all right if he came right then. Not a problem. He arrived within 20 minutes and took care of the problem quickly. We then discussed some other work that I want done and he agreed to do the job. I told him I would contact him when I was ready for the job to be done. Brian is dependable, very likable and VERY helpful when you need him. He doesn't waste time and he is neat in his work. I highly recommend Brian to anyone that needs a good plumber.

He was really great. He was very nice, and did very good work. He was very conscientous and the price was very reasonable. He went above and beyond our expectations for the work we hired him to do. I highly recommend him. I can't say enough good things about him.

Went very well, no complaints. Brian showed up on time, worked diligently and finished the job rather quickly. Took the old sink for us. There was one small leak we found after he left. Brian returned the next day and promptly fixed it. I gave the price a "B" grade because I thought $500 was a lot to install a sink. That said I did not get not competitive quotes so it could be in line. Even if he was on the high side it's nice to get a job done promptly and done correct. We'll be giving him a call if we need any more plumbing services.

Rusty metal piping in old house had busted. Needed it replaced. He came promptly and actually did a couple extra things for no additional charge that we weren't planning to fix at that moment but really needed to be done.

The work went exactly as I expected. Coming highly recommended by both friends and our remodeler, and also having used Brian's services for another plumbing problem recently, I knew that Brian would perform the work quickly, without error and with high quality. His relationship with our remodeler, Jim Davis of J.D.'s Home Improvements, really helped in getting our project done efficiently, as the both of them work well together as a team. Our home had terrible water pressure previously, the occasional leaking fixture, and horrible drainage in the bathroom. Brian solved each of the problems in turn and by doing so helped us add significant value to our home. The utility sink is a huge plus, and Brian's work in installing the new fixtures in our recently remodeled bathroom was without fault. It's nice to find a contractor who's genuinely invested in his craft, and whose work reflects that commitment. I highly recommend Parsley Plumbing!

It went well. Despite our house being somewhat difficult to find and a heavy snowfall, Brian showed up right on time. After describing the problem to him, he quickly and efficiently went to work figuring it out and fixing it. Our home uses galvanized steel pipe, which as it corrodes produces large clumps that block and reduce the water flow. Brian went about blowing out the supply lines in our bathroom and kitchen faucets, giving us adequate water pressure for the first time since we've lived in our home. This was a temporary and partial fix (the dishwasher's supply lines couldn't be hleped), as the pipes will eventually clog up again, so Brian gave us a very competitive quote for replumbing the entire supply line system, including adding a new utility sink in the basement. He also gave us some good information about our upcoming bathroom remodel, which will involve reconfiguring the bathtub's supply lines. He knows and works together frequently with the tile guy we plan to hire, so he inspired our confidence in the two getting the work done proficiently. We look forward to having Parsley Plumbing out again to help improve our home.
