Installed a window - it leaked and let bugs in. Installed a cabinet - it?s crooked. Installed flooring - not flat. Installed trim - looks awful. He wouldn?t cover his work like he claimed. He said he arrived but that was out of the blue and wasn?t coordinated. Claimed he came by again but I was in the living room and no doorbell ring or knock at the door. Said he guaranteed work but doesn?t. Had to rehire someone to cover that work.

There was no stress from the Mills. Not only did they stain the house they caulked the exterior and cleaned out the flower beds. Took it down to the dirt covered it with a wrap and put the river rock in. I cannot say enough on how well they did. Always offering to help when they would see us working on something. We are actually going to miss them they are good and down to earth people. We will call them again on any projects.

I had the best experience with Mills Construction! The initial request was for repairs to my deck and several other small projects. I had been trying to get the work done for six months, but no other contractors would take the job because it was too small. Martin and his team were happy to do all my small projects! He adapted well to unexpected occurrences and would make a quick trip to the hardware store. They repaired my deck with brand new support beams and brand new rails plus my small projects: installing curtain rods, cabinet organizers, towel racks, closet post, 5 ceiling fans, replacing 2 faucets, and leveling my ac. They got all this done in TWO days. I highly recommend them. Martin is courteous, knowledgeable, and his prices are great!

I used Mills construction to completely tear out and build a new deck. We used Trex deck boards and rail system. Great attention to detail. A perfect job. They are professional, friendly, and masterful in the work they do. I plan to use Mills to do future projects.

Martin and his crew with Mills Construction delivered a quality job at a fair price. He installed new flooring throughout my house. His staff also painted throughout my house. A new front door and awning were also designed and installed, flawlessly!! He takes great pride in his work. He went out of his way to do additional work as well. They worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. At the end of each workday they left the work area spotless. I am so pleased with my new stairs and railing. It completed my front porch. They were great to work with!!

They did a great job. They gave me a beautiful,new metal roof without adding unnecessary expense. I have needed a new roof on my 120 year old house for years and had trouble even getting an estimate. They listened to what I wanted, answered my hundreds of questions, and now I finally have a dry house. Once they had the metal, they promptly got my roof done. They were there every day until it was finished. I felt like we were the priority, not an inconvenience. They made something that is often stressful into a very positive experience. If you need anything done, call this company. They are concerned about doing right by their customers. They won't overcharge. They'll do a fantastic job and clean up the mess. I will call them again if I need anything else done.

Paint prep is as if not more important than painting and Mills construction believes that as evidenced in their work. Would highly recommend them.

They are very motivated to produce quality work. They welcome homeowner input. They want satisfied costumers for repeat business. We hired them to completely repaint our home exterior. We are very happy with the attention to details with our paint job. We have already booked a project to seal our cobblestone patio and front walk. The owners, Martin and Julie Mills, are on sight and work with and oversee their employees. They are honest and reliable people. We will be using them for other needs in the future.

He helped me track down a leak that I had as ongoing problem. It wouldn t leak everytime it rain. It ended up being a couple of small holes/cracks in the chimney that I had already had a contractor supposely repair as well as have a new roof ( another contractor) They would point at each other as the problem.

Martin was prompt and professional from first contact through completion of the project.
