This is the second time that we listed with Josh using his flat fee MLS listing and he did a wonderful job for us again and has made improvements to his services by expediting the process. He was able to respond to our questions more quickly and he was able to give us ideas on how we could save money on doing a lease to own on our home. He gave us a great deal on listing the house on the MLS since this was our second time. What a very nice gentleman to work with.

Josh Vida did a great job on listing our house on the MLS and did an equally great job on the paperwork for the lease to own on our house that was for sale. He was very professional and very kind. We had at least one miscommunication with each other but were able to work through it fine. He is not able to answer most phone calls and takes a while to return phone calls and emails as he is a "one man show" as he calls himself and is quite busy, but it seemed to be worth it because of the savings on the flat fee listing. We ironically did not sell the home though through the MLS but still used his services when it came time to do all of the paperwork on the lease to own. It was pleasant working with Paradigm Realty Solutions.
