Jim came out looked it over and gave me practical suggestions of things I can do myself to reduce the cost and prevent further problems. They removed the mold, timely, promptly, with a high level of quality. Gave me clear instructions on applying vapor barriers, ventilation, and answered all my questions, allowing me to do those things myself.

Mr. Johnson (owner) came out first to look around and explained everything he would do. Came out two days later and took air tests outside and in two other places in our home. We got the results back today(11-19-09) but before that Mr. Johnson called to explain what they had found. Explained everything on the papers then sent the papers to me :) VERY nice and trustworthy
