Comcast set everything up with full knowledge that it could not be done. Only a week later when the line still wasn't active and a call to customer service did I find out that the task couldn't be completed. After purchasing $100 worth of phones did I find out that the task couldn't be completed. The second call to customer service they told me the task shouldn't have been attempted in the first place. Terrible!

It took over six weeks to get this done. It took hours on the phone talking to some hard to understand islander and asking for a representative from the United States and then getting hung up on. I would rather take a beating with a ball bat than call Comcast.
I took the TV box back and cancelled because it is very expensive for all the channels we do not watch!
I hate paying the $1.50 Obama Tax which appeared on my bills several months ago, probably due to Obamacare.

Got the run-around.
When we signed up for internet service, I was given a price for the first year of service. The first 6 months would be $19.99 per month, and the following 6 months would be $29.99. Thereafter, the price would be $39.95 per month. [$40 / month for Basic Internet is ridiculous, but I needed more time to research what else is available in our new neighborhood.]
After 6 months, we received a bill for $39.95. I called. Even though I had the name of the person that had given me the quote six months before, they would not honor it. Called again the following day, to speak to someone and quot;higher upand quot; who should have been able to do something about it. No good. They tried their best to sell us a more expensive package, which we are not interested in. All we want is reliable internet service!
Dishonest business practices. Not happy. If we did not need internet for school and work here, I would have cancelled immediately. Definitely will be looking around for a new ISP. Comcast is reliable, but their CS is not good. Satisfied customers are not their priority.
UPDATE: Got a new bill the other day...for $56! Calls to deal with this latest affront resulted in their removing a $10 Sand H charge for a TV box that I do not even want! They refuse to now even honor the $39.95 price!! My attempts to reach a CS manager resulted in ...surprise...my being disconnected!! Buyer beware!

The internet service is good but the cable is overpriced. I know Canada did this but if they would do to A La Carte menu I wouldn't mind paying $2.00 or $3.00 bucks per channel for the channels that I picked. I don't need all the home shopping networks and fifty two news channels. I need a kids network and something to keep my wife happy. I call them at like 2:00 am in the morning. I give the a B rating for punctuality because they have a four hour waiting period.

I am generally pleased with their service. It is too expensive and I wish I could have a choice of what channels we have. They raised the price and reduced the channels we receive. That's my biggest gripe with them.

I have them for 2 years. They were the only to get connection in my building. I don't really think I would recommend them. It works mostly fine. The price isn't the best but it is not comparable.
