I got the run around. Colin diagnosed my dishwashers Interface Board was dead. He saide he could order the part and install it for $ 149.00, plus the cost of the part. I said "lets do it". He goes outside to a black Ford truck where a man is sitting in the drivers seat. He is out there for about 5 minutes. He comes back to the house and hands me a bill (yellow piece of paper with and invoice # on it) which looks legit. I paid the bill with a check. One week goes by and I havent heard anything from AAA Appliance so I called their number 574 679 4981 and left a voice message inquiring about the status of the part order. They responded by text saying the part is on back order and there is nothing they can do about it, but would get back with me when part is in. I texted back to them asking for cost of part, no reply back. A week goes by and I called their number and left another voice message asking for status of ordered part. No response. Help me stop them from doing this to others. They are not trustworthy..

You name it this is what that company is terrible terrible terrible unprofessional very untimely. I could go on and on but why waste my time. They are contracted by Nipsco home solution, to service our appliances, this is ridiculous the way he handles his business. If you have Nipsco call them back and ask them to give you somebody else because you will get the runaround with him. Run Forrest Run……

Excellent. He was professional - gave us the estimate for our dryer and also told us that our washer was going to go out soon. Paid the service call visit, and he said the service call would be good for 30 days just in case anything else went wrong in our house. I would most definitely call him again - no doubt!

They were here for about 5 minutes and they fixed it, then they charged me $100. I will probably not use them again. They need to be a little bit more reasonable in the way that they charge for their services. It took a little while for them to respond to my phone call.

I have used AAA Appliance Service many times over the past few years and have recommended them dozens of times to neighbors, family members, and work colleagues because of their prompt responses, service, and fair pricing. Somethings has changed, however. I called on a Friday. No one could come out until the following Wednesday, but having described the repair needed, I was assured that the required parts were in the van and the repair could be completed easily on Wednesday. Upon inspection on Wednesday, I was told the required parts needed to be ordered and would be overnighted, so that the repair could be completed on Thursday.
On Thursday, I was told the parts failed to arrive. It would now be Friday before repairs could be made.
On Friday, a different service person came out, installed the rack and new adjusters, and left. As soon as I pulled it out, the entire thing collapsed as it had not been properly installed. I telephone immediately but was told by the service person that he was just doing a favor for the other agent and really didn't know anything about dishwasher units. This made me wonder why he was sent out to install it in the first place.
The following Monday, the original service person returns and successfully completes the installation. $60 worth of parts, $30 labor, $79.50 for the three service calls, tax, for a grand total of $177.91 and 10 days to fix a dishwasher rack. While the unit is satisfactorily repaired, the poor communication, lack of follow through, and outrageous pricing makes it unlikely I will call AAA again or recommend them to others. Their service, professionalism, and pricing are not what they used to be.

AAA Appliance provided very satisfactory service. They did the job quickly and were professional. I will give them an "A" on everything.

They are a very dishonest company. They charged me $500-$600 for a job when all that was needed was the burners needed to be put in the dishwasher. He soaked me.

We would recommend them. They were expensive.

I've used AAA for over 10 years. I had a house build in the 40's that had an oven recessed into a brick wall. AAA was the only company that would come out and look at it AND they repaired it and charged a reasonable price. I'm in a newer house now and my oven quit working so I called AAA and they came right out and told me I'd need a costly repair so I decided to get a new oven since mine was from the 70's. AAA installed the new gas oven and took my old one away. Very prompt service, very reasonable, I can't say enough good things.
