Work was very professional and welll done, but only took about 10 man days with me supplying most of material. As estimate was done by square footage rather than labor plus materials, it was difficult to argue with the amount charged, which was only $200less than estimate. Would recommend that future customers seek work on labor plus materials, and clarify exactly what is to be done. We had discussed stripping and re-staining a wood floor, which I knew would be time-intensive, but when the time came to do the work, Brian talked to his "floor people" and found the best he could do was clean and wax the floor. This is one of the many reasons I felt overcharged
