We rehab houses, and Brandon has helped us before.  He will work with you on price.  For example, we cut and then patched the drywall to save money on this house.  Brandon almost always answers his phone.  If he can't, he returns the call promptly.  He is usually prompt, and we have always been happy with his service.  He has had to return when we had a question about something, and he didn't charge anything extra.  On this last job, we had him quote what it would cost to move some plumbing, etc.  After he was there, we asked him to go ahead and do some additional work.  I thought he would probably charge an arm and a leg for it, since we didn't get it quoted ahead of time, but the charges were extremely reasonable.  We have used B and H Services on multiple houses, and will continue to do so.
