+ -1 moreInitial date scheduled but was cancelled due to rain forecast. Received call first thing in the morning and rescheduled. Arrived on time worked quickly. Cleaned up after the job inside and out and took all broken glass, etc. with him. Charged less than estimate due to unexpected lower cost of glass.
Description of Work: Replaced two broken Pella casement windows. Consulted additional company which declined the job due to difficulty and "expense".

+ -1 moreVery pleased with the experience. Quick to provide estimate. Recommended carpenter for trim repair, who also worked out well. MVG and carpenter coordinated their work nicely. A little slow for the windows to arrive from manufacturer. Gave us a price break on in-stock product.
