I use them all the time so I can call them and usually get something set up and they respond especially in an emergency. I've had a couple of water lines break underground and they came out and got it repaired and fixed. We use them because of their responsiveness to the calls and the details they go to to make sure it's fixed and they always lets you know what's going on as they're working on them. For up here, their price is very reasonable. They worked 2-1/2 hours so that's very reasonable.

I called the phone number to discuss. After no answer, I left a voicemail. After one week, I received a return phone call directly from Andy Brown stating that he was really busy and that he is available to come and check out my issue. We scheduled a day (5/6) and he arrived early.
We started in the basement to figure out about the possible flooding from the pipe. It turns out that the pipe is no longer being utilized by the house as a exiting pipe. The pipe is connected to the sewer but there isn't a need for that pipe. We unscrewed the cap to see where the water level was in that pipe. He recommended to cap off that pipe with cement since it's no longer needed. The expandable cap on the pipe isn't working well because it's not sitting flush on the pipe (there is some raised ground next to the pipe preventing the proper sealing).
The next thing we tried to work on was the sewer gas smell that would happen when the sump pump would turn on to flush out the water. We flushed the toilet and turned on the shower to get it to react. After the sump pump turned on and off, the smell didn't happen this time (surprise). He climbed on the roof and poured water into the pipe extending from the house on the roof to see if that would help flush out what might be blocking the pipe. The water flowed nicely and there wasn't an issue there.
Overall, I felt he did a good job trouble-shooting the issue and was worth the money I paid for him to come out and explore.
