Northern Construction Inc

Lonnie, the owner of the company, was very prompt about providing an estimate and worked with me throughout the process of getting estimates to fix the damage. He even called my insurance adjustor to followup on something the adjustor missed. Lonnie was very thorough. He had great references. It just came down to cost. Northern Construction was just a little bit more than the company I chose. I had a tough choice between the two final companies. They were both equal in terms of quality of materials they were going to use, availability, and excellent references. Unfortunately, someone had to lose and it ended up being Northern Construction due to cost. I would not hesitate to use Northern Construction. I felt Lonnie was very trustworthy and he was very easy to work with.
