This is the second time Ed has aerated our lawn. He has heavy duty equipment and won’t come out if it’s too wet and it would do more harm than good. He also gave us other lawn care advice. It’s quick and painless because he has another guy on a second piece of equipment. The weather does require that you be flexible in scheduling, especially if it’s been raining, so expect that. He did about about 1/3 of our one acre property for $65.

Y-Aerate did a very nice job on the lawn. We had to reschedule the appointment one time due the yard being too wet to get the equipment on the lawn without tearing it up. They were very good about getting us done. We purchased this service through Angie's List so it was a good deal. We have an 11,000 sq ft yard and Y-Aerate charged us $89.

Mr. Ed, communicated every step of the way. We agreed on a day and because of the rain he postponed it. He kept in touch and continued to monitor weather. When he came out he was very polite and personable.

Overall aertion was thorough and well-done. He did forget to overseed, though in fairness this was something I tried to add on after the initial purchase and had not yet paid for. Just wound up overseeding on my own after the fact which was fine.
